Synsus Private Label Partners has acquired Amega Sciences, LLC, adding a fully operational manufacturing facility in Central Florida and strengthening our position in the Consumer Lawn & Garden market.
This acquisition expands our physical footprint into one of the country’s most important distribution corridors while bringing additional chemical batching, filling, and consumer-packaging capabilities online. It also provides immediate scale in retail-ready lawn and garden products — an important and growing segment of our broader specialty manufacturing platform.
